These terms apply to the My Expenses app and website. By using either, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple terms.
App Store license
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls for the app license.
Using My Expenses
You may use the app for lawful expense tracking on supported Apple devices. Do not interfere with the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer them except where applicable law permits it.
Shared sheets
You are responsible for the information you add and the people you invite. Only share data you are allowed to share. Participants may view or change data according to the access you grant, so review membership before entering sensitive information.
Not financial advice
My Expenses is a recording and organization tool. Totals, categories, receipt recognition, and widgets may contain mistakes and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Verify important records and consult a qualified professional when needed.
Purchases
Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds. Prices and available plans appear before purchase and may vary by country or currency. A lifetime purchase provides paid functionality while the app remains available and supported; it does not promise that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
Your data
You are responsible for checking your records and maintaining any backups you need. iCloud availability and recovery are subject to Apple's services. The privacy policy explains how data is processed.
Availability and liability
The app and website may change or be discontinued. Apple's Standard EULA contains the applicable warranty and liability terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
